1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via our online shop. By submitting an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their currently valid version. 2. Conclusion of Contract The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email. 3. Prices and Payment All prices in our online shop are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process. 4. Delivery Delivery within Switzerland is made to the delivery address you provide. The delivery time and product availability are indicated on the respective product page. 5. Data Protection Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Your data will be stored and processed exclusively in accordance with Swiss law. 6. Returns and Exchanges In accordance with Swiss law (OR), we do not offer a right of return or exchange for purchased products. We recommend carefully reviewing the product descriptions and details before purchasing. 7. Warranty and Guarantee The statutory warranty applies. The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, remedy defects attributable to material or manufacturing flaws by repairing or replacing the product. Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by improper handling, natural wear and tear, or external influences. Used equipment is sold without warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise. 8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the purchase agreement is the registered office of our company.

9.Warranty for Used / Second-Hand Equipment

We offer on our used equipment, which is sold as Used items / second-hand items are sold with a limited 30-day warranty. This warranty covers only defects that impair functionality and significantly restrict the use of the device. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the ineffective provision.
