General Terms and Conditions (GTC) Optik Foto Rutz AG 1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via our online shop. By submitting an order, you accept these GTC in their currently valid version. 2. Conclusion of Contract The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email. 3. Prices and Payment All prices in our online shop are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process. 4. Delivery Delivery is made within Switzerland to the delivery address you provide. The delivery time and product availability are indicated on the respective product page. 5. Data Protection Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Your data will be stored and processed exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions of Switzerland. 6. Returns and Exchanges According to Swiss law (OR), we do not offer a right of return or exchange of purchased products. We recommend carefully checking the product descriptions and details before purchasing. 7. Warranty and Guarantee The statutory warranty applies. The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Within the warranty period, we will remedy defects attributable to material or manufacturing faults, at our discretion, by repairing or replacing the product. Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by improper handling, natural wear and tear, or external influences. Used equipment is sold without warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise. 8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the purchase agreement is the registered office of our company. 9. Warranty for Used/Second-Hand Equipment We offer a limited 30-day warranty on our used equipment sold as used/second-hand. This warranty covers exclusively functional defects that significantly restrict the use of the equipment. Please note: Cosmetic defects such as scratches, discoloration, or similar signs of wear are excluded from the warranty. 10. Final Provisions Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
