General Terms and Conditions (GTC) Optik Photo Rutz AG
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders that customers place via our webshop. By submitting an order, you accept these terms and conditions in the currently valid version.
2. Conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order through an order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices in our webshop are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the ordering process.
4. Delivery
Delivery takes place within Switzerland to the delivery address you provided. The delivery time and availability of the products are stated on the respective product page.
5. Data protection
Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Your data will be stored and processed exclusively within the framework of Swiss legal regulations.
6. Returns and exchanges
In accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), we do not offer the right to return or exchange purchased products. We recommend that you carefully review the product descriptions and details before purchasing.
7. Warranty and Guarantee
The statutory warranty applies. The guarantee period is two years from the delivery date, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Within the warranty period, we will remedy defects that are due to material or manufacturing defects, at our discretion, by repairing or replacing the product. Excluded from the guarantee are damages caused by improper handling, natural wear and tear or external influences. Used devices are without warranty unless otherwise clearly stated.
8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions and the purchase contract is the headquarters of our company.
 

9.Guarantee for used / second hand devices

We offer a limited guarantee of 30 days on our used devices, which are sold as used / second hand. This warranty only covers defects that impair functionality and significantly limit the use of the device.

Please note:

• Cosmetic defects such as scratches, discoloration or similar signs of wear are excluded from the guarantee.

10. Final provisions
Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The relevant statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid provision.
