General Terms and Conditions (GTC) Optik Foto Rutz AG
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via our web shop. By submitting an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their current version.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation via email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices in our online shop are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process.
4. Delivery
Delivery takes place within Switzerland to the delivery address you provide. The delivery time and availability of the products are stated on the respective product page.
5. Data Protection
Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Your data will be stored and processed exclusively in accordance with Swiss law.
6. Return and Exchange
According to the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), we do not offer a right of return or exchange for purchased products. We recommend carefully reviewing the product descriptions and details before purchasing.
7. Warranty and Guarantee
The statutory warranty applies. The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Within the warranty period, we will remedy defects due to material or manufacturing defects, at our discretion, by repairing or replacing the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, natural wear and tear, or external influences. Used devices are not covered by a warranty unless clearly stated otherwise.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the purchase contract is the registered office of our company.
 

9.Warranty for Used / Second-Hand Devices

We offer a warranty on our used Devices sold as used/second hand have a limited 30-day warranty. This warranty only covers functional defects that significantly limit the use of the device.

Please note:

• Cosmetic defects such as scratches, discoloration, or similar signs of wear are excluded from the warranty.

10. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The applicable statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
