Dynoptic Service is an all-round carefree package that protects your glasses against damage caused by violence as well as theft and loss for 15 months.

The conditions:

• Dynoptic Service is valid for 15 months. The duration applies from the date of submission.

• An extension of Dynoptic Service is not possible.

• In every service case, a deductible of 30% or 50% of the purchase price or of the product to be replaced (glass or frame part) is charged.

• The replacement will be paid 1: 1. If the frame or lenses are no longer available, an equivalent replacement will be made at the price of the original equipment.

• If a cheaper replacement is chosen, the difference will not be paid out.

• Dynoptic Service only applies to products that were purchased at the time of the order (third-party versions or existing versions are excluded).

• Damage that is covered by accident or liability insurance is not included.

• Dynoptic Service does not apply to damage caused by wear and tear during normal use of the glasses.
