Dynoptic Service is a comprehensive, worry-free package that protects your glasses against damage caused by violence, as well as theft and loss, for 15 months. The terms and conditions: Dynoptic Service is valid for 15 months. This period begins on the date of purchase. Dynoptic Service cannot be extended. In each service case, a deductible of 30% or 50% of the purchase price or the cost of the product being replaced (lens or frame part) will be charged. Replacements are always provided on a 1:1 basis. If the frame or lenses are no longer available, an equivalent replacement will be provided at the price of the original equipment. If a less expensive replacement is chosen, the difference will not be refunded. Dynoptic Service applies only to products purchased at the time of order placement (third-party frames or existing frames are excluded). Damage covered by accident or liability insurance is not included. Dynoptic Service does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear. Deductible: 30% deductible for breakage/damage; 50% deductible for loss/theft.
