Dynoptic Service is a comprehensive, worry-free package that protects your glasses for 15 months against damage caused by force, theft, and loss.

The conditions:

• Dynoptic Service is valid for 15 months. The duration is valid from the date of delivery.

• An extension of Dynoptic Service is not possible.

• A deductible of 30% or 50% is charged for each service case. of the purchase price or the product to be replaced (glass or frame part).

• The replacement will be made on a 1:1 basis. If the frame or lenses are no longer available, an equivalent replacement will be provided at the price of the original equipment.

• If a cheaper replacement is chosen, the difference will not be refunded.

• Dynoptic Service only applies to products purchased at the time of the order (third-party frames or existing frames are excluded).

• This does not include damage covered by accident or liability insurance.

• Dynoptic Service does not cover damage caused by wear and tear during normal use of the glasses.
