Dynoptic Service is a comprehensive, worry-free package that protects your glasses for 15 months against damage caused by violence, as well as theft and loss.

The conditions:

• Dynoptic Service is valid for 15 months. The duration begins on the date of delivery.

• An extension of Dynoptic Service is not possible.

• In each service case, a deductible of 30% or 50% of the purchase price applies. or the cost of the product being replaced (glass or frame part).

• Replacement is provided on a 1:1 basis. Should the frame or lenses no longer be available, an equivalent replacement will be provided at the original price.

• If a less expensive replacement is chosen, the difference will not be refunded.

• Deductible for breakage/damage: 30%

  Deductible for loss/theft: 50%
