The Canon EF-EOS R adapter (with C-PL filter) offers the same functionality as the EF-EOS R lens adapter with the added option of attaching drop-in filters. This eliminates the need to mount the filter on the front of the lens – a significant advantage when using wide-angle lenses with a large front element. A variable neutral density filter (V-ND), a circular polarizing filter (C-PL), and a clear filter (CL) for shots without any filter effects are available.
