Canon EOS R8 Mark II Body

**The lightweight full-frame camera with image stabilization for the Engadine**

Imagine wanting to enjoy full-frame quality in the Engadine – landscapes at Lake Silvaplana, street photography in St. Moritz, wildlife in the national park – without lugging around a heavy professional camera. The **Canon EOS R8 Mark II** is designed precisely for this: compact, lightweight, and now finally with integrated image stabilization.

New compared to the first R8 is the 5-axis IBIS with up to 7.5 stops of compensation (in combination with stabilized RF lenses). The proven 24.2-megapixel full-frame sensor and the DIGIC X processor deliver the familiar Canon image quality. Dual Pixel CMOS AF II reliably detects people, animals, and vehicles, and the new multi-controller (joystick) makes AF point selection significantly more convenient. With up to 40 frames per second (electronic shutter) and pre-continuous shooting, you won't miss the decisive moment. For video, 4K 60p (6K oversampling) and Full HD 180p as well as Canon Log 3 are available.
