With a capacity of 1800 mAh and 7.4 V, it offers approximately 64% more power than its predecessor, for longer, uninterrupted shoots. It allows for up to 700 shots in Live View mode or approximately 1700 shots with rangefinder operation (CIPA standard). The fast-charging function via USB-C shortens charging times, and the battery can be charged with the optional BC-SCL7 charger or directly in the camera.
