With its 62 mm front lens and apochromatic fluoride lenses, this spotting scope delivers razor-sharp, high-contrast, and color-accurate images, even in challenging lighting conditions. Dual focusing allows for fast and precise focusing, while the close focusing distance of just 2.9 m reveals fascinating details up close. The ultra-compact, rubber-armored magnesium housing (30 cm, approx. 1.11 kg) is waterproof to 5 m and fog-proof – ideal for hiking and stalking in the Alps. Dual Focusing: Fast and precise focusing with coarse and fine adjustment, perfect for dynamic observations of birds or wildlife. Robust & Durable: Waterproof to 5 m, shockproof, fogproof – withstands the harsh conditions of the Alps, from snow to rain. AquaDura® Coating: Water and dirt repellent, for clear vision and easy cleaning, even in wet or dusty terrain. Note: Eyepiece not included. We recommend the Leica Vario Eyepiece 25-50x WW ASPH (available from Optik Foto Rutz) for an optimal experience, as it is the preferred choice for this spotting scope.
