The Nikon L35 AF2 (also known as the "One-Touch") is one of the most popular compact cameras of the 80s – small, lightweight (approx. 220g with film and batteries), super discreet, and equipped with a legendary Nikkor 35mm f/2.8 lens (5 elements in 4 groups) that delivers sharpness, color reproduction, and contrast depth that would make many expensive prime lenses envious. Fully automatic with program AE, ISO 50–1000 (DX-coded or manual), active infrared autofocus from 0.7 m, and a bright Albada viewfinder with parallax correction – perfect for street photography in St. Moritz, spontaneous portraits in Sils, or discreet hiking shots in the Engadine. The integrated pop-up flash (range up to 4 m) is discreet and has a fill-in mode, while the self-timer and automatic film rewind make handling a breeze. Battery power: simply 2 x AA (alkaline or lithium – super convenient and readily available). This example, in condition B (normal signs of wear, fully functional), comes with a leather case – we naturally tested it with test film: exposure, autofocus, shutter, film advance, and flash all work flawlessly.
