The impressive 14.2x zoom range of the Nikon Z 28-400mm 4-8 VR covers 28mm at wide angle, 400mm at super telephoto and all focal lengths in between. 5.0 f-stops of the integrated optical image stabilizer counteract camera shake, for sharp shots even in low light. When used with a Nikon Z camera that has Synchro VR, the correction expands to 5.5 stops. The closest focusing limit is just 0.2 m in the wide-angle range and 1.2 m in the 400 mm zoom. A maximum reproduction ratio of 1:2.8 enables impressive close-ups.
