Tamron 35-100mm F/2.8 Di III VXD Nikon Z

** The lightweight portrait zoom with a constant aperture!**

Hey, you Nikon Z photographer in the Engadine! 35mm for the scene, 50mm for the moment, 85mm and 100mm for portraits – and all with an aperture of f/2.8, without having to lug around the heavy 35-150mm. The **Tamron 35-100mm F/2.8 Di III VXD** packs precisely these focal lengths into an astonishingly compact zoom lens: approximately 121.5 mm long and only around 575 g on the Nikon Z mount. The linear VXD autofocus is fast and quiet, supporting hybrid AF, Eye AF, and M/A (manual adjustment within the AF). The smooth bokeh of the f/2.8 aperture and the 9 aperture blades cleanly separate the subject from the background – whether it's guests at the lake, details in the city, or a portrait on the terrace. It can get as close as 22 cm at the wide end (1:3.3 magnification). Weather sealing and a fluorine coating on the front element help in snow and drizzle. No built-in image stabilization – not a problem on Z cameras with IBIS. 67mm filter thread, standard with many other Tamron zooms.
